In order to work/teach in Korea, I have to renew my documents every year. It’s not a big deal, I just download them and sign them, then take a bus across town to the immigration office. It cost more money than time. My wife is an office manager at heart, so she does the real work while I provide the entertainment.

For her expertise, I cooked a special meal for her: Orecchiette pasta with Berttoli mushroom alfredo sauce, sliced onions and red peppers sauteed with bacon and black pepper, served with white wine. Thanks Baby!
